رقم الموديل الإقليمي الكامل. دوّن الرمز من الهاتف أو العلبة المختومة وطابقه مع صفحة المواصفات الإقليمية للشركة. تسرد Apple مثلًا أرقام موديلات ونطاقات خلوية مختلفة لعائلة iPhone واحدة بحسب البلد أو المنطقة؛ فلا تستنتج النسخة من الاسم التجاري وحده.
دعم الشبكة. قارن نطاقات وميزات الموديل نفسه المنشورة بصفحة الدعم الحالية لمشغلك. قائمة النطاقات الطويلة وحدها لا تضمن أن المشغل يفعّل كل ميزة.
eSIM. أثبت الطرفين: يجب أن يدعمها الموديل الدقيق وأن يقدم مشغلك المسمى طريقة تفعيل مدعومة. احتفظ بصفحة المشغل وتعليمات التفعيل للبلد الذي ستستخدمها فيه.
الاعتماد المحلي. في السعودية تغطي تنظيمات CST لأجهزة الاتصالات الاستيراد والفسح والمطابقة مع المواصفات الفنية. تحقق من الجهاز الدقيق عبر مسار الهيئة المطبق بدل اعتبار عبارة البائع «نسخة خليجية» دليلًا.
مسار الضمان. احصل كتابيًا على مقدم الضمان القانوني والبلد المشمول والمدة وعنوان الصيانة. عبارتا «ضمان الوكيل» و«ضمان دولي» ناقصتان بلا جهة مسماة وشروط.
التحديثات والشحن والمحتويات. استخدم سياسة الشركة وصفحة المنتج الإقليمية الدقيقة لمدة الدعم ومتطلبات الشحن وتكوين SIM والمرفقات. لا تنقل تفاصيل سوق آخر.
حالة الجهاز المجدّد. اطلب اسم المجدّد ونتيجة اختبار البطارية والإفصاح عن القطع والضمان والاسترجاع. «كالجديد» وصف حالة لا دليل تقني.

Two phones with the same name can differ in the chipset, the network bands or the warranty rather than in the specs on display. Those differences appear after the purchase, not before it.

Match the exact phone to the exact market
Full regional model number. Record the code from the phone or sealed box and match it to the manufacturer's regional specification page. Apple, for example, lists different model numbers and cellular bands for one iPhone family by country or region; never infer a variant from the marketing name alone.
Network support. Compare the exact model's published bands and features with your operator's current support page. A long band list does not by itself guarantee that every operator feature is provisioned.
eSIM. Confirm both sides: the exact model must support it and your named operator must offer a supported activation method. Keep the operator page and activation instructions for the country where you will use it.
Local approval. For Saudi Arabia, CST's device-licensing regulations cover import, clearance and conformity with its technical specifications. Check the exact device through the applicable CST route rather than treating a seller's generic “GCC version” label as evidence.
Warranty route. Get the legal warranty provider, covered country, duration and service address in writing. “Agent warranty” and “international warranty” are incomplete without a named provider and terms.
Updates, charging and contents. Use the manufacturer's policy and exact regional product page for the support period, charging requirements, SIM configuration and included items. Do not transfer details from another region.
Refurbished condition. Require the refurbisher's identity, battery-test result, parts disclosure, warranty and return terms. “Like new” is a condition label, not technical evidence.

Apple's current eSIM carrier list separates supported carriers and activation methods by country. For Saudi device approval, use CST's ICT device-licensing regulations. For any other brand or GCC country, replace these examples with the exact manufacturer's, operator's and regulator's direct pages.
