Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of WESH

WESH is a discovery, aggregation and comparison platform for offers, coupons, products and promotional information made available by third-party merchants, platforms and service providers. WESH is not the seller, merchant, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, payment processor, carrier or fulfillment provider, does not own the listed inventory, does not receive the user’s purchase payment and is not a party to the sale or purchase contract between the user and the external merchant.

2. Transactions are with third parties

When a user follows a product, offer or coupon link, the user may be redirected to a third-party website or application. Orders, purchases, payments, shipping, delivery, warranties, returns, exchanges, refunds and after-sales services are between the user and that third party under the third party’s own terms and policies. Displaying a listing or link on WESH does not create a direct sale relationship between WESH and the user.

3. Verify before purchasing

Offers, prices, discounts, coupon codes, availability, inventory, currencies, taxes, shipping costs, eligibility conditions and expiry dates may change or vary by country, region, account, payment method, device or time. Users must independently verify the final price, seller identity, offer conditions, coupon validity, availability, shipping, warranty and return terms before purchasing. The information displayed at the external merchant’s checkout or confirmation page is the final reference for the transaction.

4. Information accuracy and no guarantee

WESH makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information, but some data is supplied by merchants, affiliate networks, data providers or other external technical sources. WESH therefore does not guarantee that every price, image, description, discount, code, availability status or link is error-free or updated in real time, and delays, discrepancies or interruptions may occur.

5. User purchase decision

A purchase or contract with an external merchant is an independent decision made by the user after evaluating the merchant, product and offer. To the extent permitted by law, WESH does not warrant the quality, authenticity, safety, suitability, legality or availability of any product or service, and does not guarantee merchant performance, order acceptance, delivery, returns or refunds.

6. Coupons and promotions

Displaying a coupon or discount on WESH does not guarantee acceptance by the merchant. Codes may be limited by usage, customer category, market, product or payment method and may be modified or withdrawn by the merchant without notice to WESH. Users are responsible for checking the final discount before confirming an order.

7. Affiliate links and commissions

Some links may contain affiliate identifiers or tracking technologies, and WESH may receive a commission from a merchant or affiliate network for a qualifying transaction. This does not make WESH the seller, the agent of the user or merchant, or a party to the transaction, and does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the product, merchant or offer. 8. External websites and services

Third-party websites, applications and services have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. WESH does not control their content, systems or practices. Users should review the relevant third-party terms and policies before providing information or completing a transaction.

9. Merchant disputes

Any complaint, claim or dispute concerning a price, order, invoice, payment, shipment, delay, cancellation, quality, authenticity, warranty, return, exchange or refund must be directed to the merchant or service provider that completed the transaction. WESH may provide general information or routing assistance where possible, but doing so does not make WESH responsible for the transaction or its outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WESH and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses or damages, or loss of profits, opportunities or data, arising from use of the platform, reliance on an offer, price, coupon or link, or an act or omission of a third party. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

11. Availability and force majeure

The platform or certain features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, system updates, hosting or network providers, external services or circumstances beyond reasonable control. WESH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

12. Accounts and access security

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information, keeping passwords and access methods confidential and not sharing verification credentials. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to WESH. WESH may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

13. Acceptable use

Users must not use WESH unlawfully or fraudulently, attempt to compromise or disrupt the service or bypass protections, collect data through unauthorized automated means, impersonate others, upload harmful content, or use WESH in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Intellectual property

WESH rights in its name, identity, design, software and owned content are reserved. Third-party trademarks, merchant names, product images and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Their display on WESH is for identification, comparison or linking purposes and does not imply ownership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

15. Privacy and data

Personal data relating to use of WESH is processed under the applicable Privacy Policy and relevant law. Information provided directly by a user to an external merchant or website is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and responsibility.

16. Changes to the service and Terms

WESH may update, modify, add, remove or suspend features or content and may update these Terms for legal, operational or service-development reasons. An update takes effect when published or on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Mandatory rights and severability

Nothing in these Terms waives a user right or excludes a liability that cannot legally be waived or excluded. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will apply to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdiction rules that apply. Competent authorities and courts in the Kingdom will have jurisdiction over WESH-related disputes to the extent permitted by law.

By using WESH or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.
